How can I contact you?

Do you ship worldwide?
At the moment I only ship within the UK — hopefully I’ll be able to expand in the future.
Can I track my order?
Yes — at checkout you can choose between tracked or untracked shipping. Tracked orders come with a tracking number and updates; untracked orders don’t.
When will my order be dispatched?
I run this business by myself alongside another part-time job, so dispatch usually takes 3–7 days. You’ll receive an email when your order has been sent (sometimes these end up in spam or junk folders, so please check there too).
Can I change my shipping address?
If you’ve entered the wrong address, please email me straight away before your order is dispatched so I can update it. I can’t refund orders lost due to incorrect addresses, but if your order is returned to me, I’ll get in touch to see if you’d like me to re-send it.
I need my order quickly — can you prioritise it?
If you need your order by a certain date, please get in touch first. I’ll always do my best to ship it quickly, but delivery times depend on Royal Mail. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended in these cases.
Do you accept returns?
If you’re not completely happy with your order, please email me with your order number and reason for return. I’ll send you the return address. I can’t cover return postage (unless the item arrived damaged or faulty), as this is a small business — thank you for understanding.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! I use recyclable and biodegradable materials: cardboard envelopes, recyclable tape, and compostable eco-cellophane sleeves.
Can I get a print in a different size?
Some prints are available in different sizes, and all current options are listed on the website. If you don’t see the size you want, feel free to ask me — I’ll check if that particular artwork can work at the size you’re looking for.
