Damaged or Faulty Items

Each print is carefully checked before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it.

Please include photos of the damage so I can resolve the issue quickly.

Depending on the situation, I will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Change of Mind

If you’re not happy with your item please contact me with your order number and reason for return and I will email you the address to send it back to. Unfortunately I cannot cover the price of return shipping as this is a small business.
Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few working days for the payment to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
