Refund Policy

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Each print is carefully checked before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it.

• Please include photos of the damage so I can resolve the issue quickly.

• Depending on the situation, I will offer either a replacement or a full refund.

 

Change of Mind

• If you’re not happy with your item please contact me with your order number and reason for  return and I will email you the address to send it back to. Unfortunately I cannot cover the  price of return shipping as this is a small business. 

 

 

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

• Please allow a few working days for the payment to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
