Processing Times

• All prints are made to order. Please allow [5 working days] for your order to be processed and dispatched. I fulfil orders by myself so thank you for your patience.

• During busy times (such as holidays), processing may take a little longer, but I’ll always do my best to keep you updated.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.

 

Delivery Times

• UK orders usually arrive within [2-3 working days] after dispatch.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside my control (such as postal delays).

 

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

 

International Orders

•   We only ship to the UK at the moment unfortunately.

 

Wrong or Missing Address

• Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

• If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it. I cannot refund an order if it’s been lost due to an incorrect address - hopefully it will get sent back to me, in which case I will contact you to ask if you’d like me to re-attempt delivery.
