- All products are subject to availability.
- Colours and appearance of prints may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to screen settings and printing processes.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.
3. Orders and Payments
- By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- Prices are listed in £GBP and may be subject to change without notice.
4. Delivery
- I aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days after it’s been printed
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services; I’m not responsible for delays outside my control.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
-If you’re not happy with your item please contact me with your order number and reason for return and I will email you the address to send it back to. Unfortunately I cannot cover the price of return shipping as this is a small business.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it with photos of the issue.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed once we have reviewed the claim.
6. Intellectual Property
- All artworks, designs, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Emily McCulloch.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use our artworks for commercial purposes without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
